When my partner and I decided to name the day I was a little daunted with all the arrangements that needed doing and unsure where to start. My close friend put me in touch with Desiree who said she was just the person for the job! Desiree was super friendly and listened to what we both wanted I felt such a relief that help was there and have to say I did pretty much leave a lot of the organizing up to her!

I would highly recommend Desiree, from booking our chosen venue, dealing with vendors for ceremony and reception set up, flowers, violinist, DJ, Photographer and stylist, she organised and coordinated everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything went without a hitch. She made our day a dream come true and one we will always cherish!

After docking in Cayman the ladies went to the salon to get ready and dressed for the big moment. A nice, sunny but breezy day. Greg and the guests waited on the 7-mile beach while we went and pick up the ladies. The ceremony went very well, Greg surprised his lady by singing his vows to her! Our wedding was amazing! We live in Florida, and decided to go on a cruise; Cayman Island Weddings was recommended to us. We had contacted Desiree asking general questions, and she had given us a quote for what we wanted. Everything went smoothly, and Desiree was prompt with her responses to our questions, and extremely helpful!

The cruise had some issues with coming into port, and Desiree and the team were aware of the location change of the ship, and they were prepared for those changes! The wedding ran a little behind schedule due to the change in the ship location, but once we got onto land, the wedding ran smoothly! The venue set up was perfect, something you’d see in a magazine! The photos we received were spectacular!

We wouldn’t of changed anything with the services we received, and we will definitely recommend Cayman Island Weddings to everyone!!

From the moment we got off the boat in Grand Cayman the Island Wedding crew was absolutely amazing. They made planning a cruise ship wedding one of the easiest tasks on our to-do list. It was beautiful with white and aqua colors, and just what we wanted. My bouquet could not have been any more perfect for me, and had all the tropical flowers and colors I was hoping for! Desiree ensured that the entire wedding went so smoothly, which enabled all of us to enjoy the day to its fullest. The photographer and videographer that Desiree coordinated for us were both fantastic and really fun to work with, and our photos and video turned out so wonderfully!

Our wedding weekend exceeded all expectations! It has been a month and our guests continue to talk about how fun, memorable and seemingly effortless our wedding was. I just returned from my wedding on Grand Cayman Island. I had always wanted a beach wedding, but also wanted something small and intimate and affordable. I found everything and more with Cayman Islands Wedding. Desiree is such a great wedding planner. She kept us updated and informed the whole step of the way. She is kind and compassionate and KNOWS HER STUFF! At one point she added a new venue called Hemingway’s; she encouraged us to change to this venue because it would offer a place to change, air conditioning before the service, and a place to have lunch afterwards. At first I was hesitant about this because I really wanted a beach that wouldn’t have a lot of people around. Desiree let us know this wouldn’t be a problem and continued to tell us that was her recommendation. We changed our venue and we are so happy that we did. The venue was everything that we wanted and more!

Rev. O. McLaughlin is an amazing officiant. I know that I couldn’t have found anyone more perfect, even if I hand chose him. He took the time to have conversations with both my husband and I prior to the service. He included everything that we wanted and even more that we hadn’t considered prior to talking with him. He is an amazing man of God. The ceremony was touching, funny, and honored God the way that we wanted.

The photographer and videographer were also amazing. The pictures and video are stunning. I would also like to mention that they both gave us much more time than promised and were very patient. They captured all the amazing moments of our wedding.

Since I’ve returned to Florida and shown the pictures and videos and shared our experience, no one can actually believe everything that was included in our ceremony for the price that we paid……and then there was the view!

I wouldn’t change one single thing about my wedding. It was everything that I had ever wanted and dreamed of and even more!

We would like to say thank you for everything that was planned for our wedding. We were only in port for a short time because we were there on a cruise, but everything went according to plan- right down to the minute. Desiree was able to plan us a dream wedding according to what we wanted to accomplish that day. Our amazing ceremony was at Seven Mile Beach, and also had a photo session while we were there. We had a chartered catamaran that took our group of 20 to Sting Ray City and to snorkel for a while before heading back.

We came to Grand Cayman on a cruise with only a limited amount of time to spend on the island for the day of the wedding. We just wanted to say Thank You to you and your team for making our wedding day so beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised that everything, though planned and booked in The Netherlands, was perfectly organized. We loved working with the photographer Melissa. She made us feel relaxed and seemed to have caught us with her camera is the most natural way leaving us behind with very nice memories which we can share with our loved ones.

Hi Desiree,
Thank you for ensuring that my sister Ashley’s wedding was such a successful event last week. Grand Old House is as lovely a place as my husband and I remembered it, from our 2010 babymoon/anniversary. When Ashley and Mike decided to get married on Grand Cayman, Ashley had some difficulty settling on a venue. I couldn’t help but recall the beauty of Grand Old House and emailed her your website. We’re so happy that she and Mike decided to hold their wedding there and now thoughts of the Grand Old House conjure up memories of two special events for us!

We were married here on 4/4/14 and I’m not biased when I say it was the best wedding ever (and we’ve been to a ton)! Desiree was amazing every step of the way from the moment we booked a year prior. Our selection for this location… We wanted a venue that wouldn’t treat us like a number, a place that was intimate and private. GOH only allows one wedding per day and is completely personalized. They went over the top on things we didn’t even ask for! The service level is top notch from food allergy requests to kicking out wedding crashers to ensuring the wedding party was graciously taken care of to an amazing DJ to a high class videographer… I could go on and on. We had 40 guests and each one felt like they were treated as royalty.
